For Admins

Admins have full access to track company-wide data and manage company policies. They can:

• Track Networks – View the total number of networks within the company.

• Monitor Open Jobs – See the number of open job positions.

• Analyze Referrals – Track the percentage change of accepted referrals and total referrals within 30 days.

• Identify Top Performers – View the top referrers within the company.

• Evaluate Departments – Identify the top-performing departments based on referral activity.

• Manage Company Policy – Revise and update the company’s policy.

For Managers

Managers have access to department-specific data to oversee hiring efforts. They can:

• Track Networks – View the number of networks within their department.

• Monitor Open Jobs – See the number of open job positions in their department.

• Analyze Referrals – Track the percentage change of accepted referrals and total referrals within 30 days.

• Identify Top Performers – View the top referrers within their department.

Jobs

• Admins & Managers can browse and manage job postings.

• Managers can refer candidates for open positions within their department.
