Admins and Managers can track both potential and earned referral bonuses for each employee.
How to View Employee Bonuses
Navigate to the Employee Page
Go to the Employee Page and select the employee whose bonus details you want to check.
View Referral Bonuses Earned
In the upper-right corner, locate the “Referral Bonuses Earned” section.
This section displays the total earned bonuses for that employee.
Bonus Eligibility & Company Policy
Bonuses are only marked as earned if the referred candidate remains with the company for a specific period.
The waiting period is based on the company's bonus policy as set by the admin.
