For Admins & Managers

Admins and Managers can track both potential and earned referral bonuses for each employee.

How to View Employee Bonuses

  1. Navigate to the Employee Page

  • Go to the Employee Page and select the employee whose bonus details you want to check.

  1. View Referral Bonuses Earned

  • In the upper-right corner, locate the “Referral Bonuses Earned” section.

  • This section displays the total earned bonuses for that employee.

Bonus Eligibility & Company Policy

  • Bonuses are only marked as earned if the referred candidate remains with the company for a specific period.

  • The waiting period is based on the company's bonus policy as set by the admin.

  • on what company day policy is set.
