Refer a Candidate

Note: Everyone inside the company can refer a candidate.

Steps for the Referrer

  1. Select a Job Posting

  • Navigate to the Job Page and choose the job post you want to refer someone for.

  1. Submit the Referral

  • Click "Refer Someone" and fill in the required details about the candidate.

  1. Confirm & Send

  • Click "Submit Referral" to complete the process.

  • An automatic email will be sent to the referred candidate with the job details.

Steps for the Referred Candidate

  1. Review the Job Details

  • Click the referral link in the email.

  • You will be redirected to the Job Post with details such as the description, location, salary range, and more.

  1. Accept or Decline the Referral

  • If you choose to accept, you will be redirected to the application page.

  • Fill in the required details, including demographics, portfolio, and resume.

  1. Await the Next Steps

  • After submitting your application, wait for a follow-up email once the hiring manager reviews your documents.
