Reset Your Password

Note: Only an Admin can reset employee's passwords.

For Admins

  1. Go to the Employee Page

  • Navigate to the Employee page and select the employee whose password needs to be reset.

  1. Click “Reset Password”

  • Below the Actions section, click the Reset Password button.

  1. Confirm the Reset

  • You will be redirected to a confirmation page. Click Reset Password to proceed.

  • An automated email will be sent to the employee with reset instructions.

For Employees

  1. Check Your Email

  • Look for the password reset email in your inbox.

  • Open the email and click the Reset Password link.

  1. Enter a New Password

  • Fill out the form with your new password.

  1. Confirm & Log In

  • Click Confirm to complete the process.

  • Your new password is now active, and you can log in with it.
