Note: Only an Admin and Managers can change the applicant’s referral status.

Admins and Managers have the ability to track and update an applicant’s status throughout the hiring process.

How to Track & Update an Applicant’s Status

  1. Navigate to the Job Posting

  • Go to the specific job where the applicant was referred.

  1. View the List of Referrals

  • All users can view the list of referred candidates.

  • However, only Admins and Managers can update an applicant’s status.

  1. Move the Applicant’s Status

  • After the assigned Hiring Manager reviews and assesses the candidate, they can update the applicant's status (e.g., Referred → Hired).

  1. Referrers Can Track Status Updates

  • The referrer will also be able to view the status updates of their referrals in real-time.
